Orders and Shipping

Orders typically take between 0-2 days to process & pack after receiving your order confirmation. From there, your order will typically take 1-5 business days to arrive if UPS ground was selected. If you select an expedited shipping service it will ship at that speed after processing. Orders may take longer depending on UPS delays.

If you have items in your cart and are not already logged in you will be asked if you would like to log in or create an account during checkout.

Credit card information is processed and stored securely with Visa services. Your card information is never stored on our servers but can be linked to your Snow Pro profile to make purchasing easy next time. View payment methods linked to your account.

Typically, items will come in one box when possible. If items do not fit in one box they may be sent in multiple boxes or for very large items they may be sent unboxed/uncrated.

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 4631 Lemay Ferry Rd, St. Louis, MO 63129.

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will typically be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready for pickup.

Our in-store pickup hours are 8am to 4:30pm Mon-Fri. If it is a national holiday, please check with us about hours. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

If you need to swap an item

Returns and Exchanges

Contact us first to discuss returning your items. You will pay return shipping and may be charged a handling/restocking fee of up to 20% of the total cost of the order upon Snow Pro receiving and confirming the condition of the return. Snow Pro reserves the right to deny returns based on condition of the items. No refunds will be issued for shipping costs out to you or return shipping unless Snow Pro is found to be at fault.



If you believe you have received the wrong item in error, contact us immediately by email, phone or contact form and we will work to resolve the error as soon as possible.

If your order arrived and appears damaged please take pictures and document the damage to the shipping box and parts as soon as possible. Please contact us immediately by phone, email or contact form to provide proof.

Orders may be altered or cancelled as long as your order has not shipped yet. If your order has shipped, please contact us and we will resolve the issue.

Some items on our site may still allow you to place an order for them even if we are back ordered currently. Your order will be processed normally and the item will ship to you as soon as it’s back in stock.
